BEIJING, Nov. 21 (Xinhua) — China’s move to establish a new development paradigm will create more opportunities for countries around the world to share its achievements in pursuing high-quality economic development, Chinese President Xi Jinping said Saturday.
Establishing the new paradigm is not to close its doors but to build a new system of open economy of higher standards, Xi said.
