URUMQI, Oct. 27 (Xinhua) — Northwest China’s Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region identified five new confirmed COVID-19 cases and 19 asymptomatic ones between 12 a.m. and 5 p.m. Tuesday, a local health official said at a press conference on Tuesday.
All the cases were reported in Shufu County of south Xinjiang’s Kashgar Prefecture.
